A Restorative Garden
A Restorative Garden is the place where a carefully curated selection of flowering, culinary and medicinal plants grows.
I nurture all the plants entrusted to my care without using synthetic pesticides.
Currently I am creating a small range of products that incorporate the plants that grow in the garden.
The Healing Power of Plants
I have a long-standing and deep appreciation for the healing properties of plants, essential oils and natural therapies.
Working with plants to create enriching spaces, and products that support health and well-being, brings us closer to the beauty and peace that nature offers.
I feel this is vital for the nourishment of not only the mind and body, but also the spirit.

About the Plants
What plants grow in the garden?
Flowering plants
Culinary & medicinal plants
Where do you get the plants from?
I grow the plants from seed or cuttings. I also buy seedlings from nurseries.
Do you use synthetic pesticides to manage pests?
No. I make my own pesticides using natural ingredients such as garlic, cinnamon, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. Sometimes, using water to mechanically remove pests is all that is required.
